Tier 1 Consulting handles personal information carefully and limits collection to what is needed to respond, operate the business and deliver agreed services.
Section 02
Tier 1 Consulting is operated by Outer Heaven Holdings Pty Ltd, ABN 75 669 169 555. This policy applies when you visit tier1consulting.com.au, email us, book a call, receive a proposal or engage Tier 1 for services.
Where the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles apply, Tier 1 will comply with them. The practical safeguards in this policy are also used as the business standard where those laws do not apply to an activity.
Section 03
Depending on how you deal with us, information may include your name, role, organisation, email address, booking details, correspondence, proposal or engagement records and authorised client material.
The website and its delivery network may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and access time for delivery, security, troubleshooting and aggregate performance measurement.
Some pages open with a scroll-driven film presentation. On those pages Tier 1 records aggregate measurement events limited to the page, the event type (the film being shown, coarse progress milestones at 25, 50 and 85 per cent, selection of a booking link, or a standard reason the film was unavailable), the website hostname, the deployment environment and the deployed site version. These events do not record an exact scroll position, form contents, or whether a booking was completed, and preview, review and automated sessions are excluded.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, full incident evidence, privileged client material, health information or payment-card details through ordinary email or the external booking page. Ask for a secure channel first.
Section 04
Information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange calls, prepare proposals, provide services, manage business relationships, maintain records, operate and protect the website, prevent misuse and meet legal, accounting, insurance and professional obligations.
Tier 1 does not sell or trade personal information and does not add a person to a marketing list merely because they made an enquiry.
Section 05
Cloudflare provides website delivery, security and supporting infrastructure and may process technical data through its global network. The booking link is operated by Book Like A Boss at bookme.name. Its own terms and privacy policy apply when you use that service.
Information may also be disclosed to email, cloud, accounting, collaboration and professional service providers where they need it for an authorised purpose, or to regulators and other recipients where required or authorised by law.
Section 06
Tier 1 uses safeguards appropriate to the information and risk, which may include access controls, multi-factor authentication, encryption in transit, backups, monitoring and limiting access to people with a business need.
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose or for legal, insurance, tax, accounting, dispute and regulatory requirements. When it is no longer required, reasonable steps are taken to delete or de-identify it.
Section 07
You may ask for access to personal information held about you or request correction of information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. Identity may need to be verified before a response is provided.
