This website is operated by Outer Heaven Holdings Pty Ltd, ABN 75 669 169 555, trading as Tier 1 Consulting. Tier 1 uses an email-only contact model and does not publish a telephone number or residential address on this website.

The website provides general information about cyber security, governance, risk, compliance, privacy and AI governance services. It does not provide legal, financial, insurance, accounting or other regulated professional advice.
Using the website, sending an email or booking a call does not create a client or professional relationship. An engagement begins only when the parties enter an agreed written engagement or services agreement.
Section 04
Technology, threats, standards, laws and regulatory guidance change. Check an article's date and obtain advice for your circumstances before making a material decision.
No security control removes all risk. Prior certifications, audits or outcomes do not guarantee that another organisation will achieve the same result or avoid an incident.
Section 05
Do not send passwords, access tokens, full incident evidence, privileged client material, health information or payment-card details by ordinary email or through the external booking page. Send only enough information to request a confidential call so that an appropriate secure channel can be arranged.

Unless stated otherwise, Tier 1 owns or is licensed to use the website content. A reasonable extract may be saved for internal, non-commercial use. Content must not be republished, sold, modified, scraped at scale or commercially exploited without permission except where the law permits it.
Third-party links are provided for reference. Tier 1 does not control those sites, and a link does not necessarily mean endorsement. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or interfere with its operation.
