A direct conversation with Michael

Bring one issue. Find the sensible starting point.

You do not need a brief, policy pack or technical diagnosis. Bring the deadline, client request, cyber concern or AI use case that prompted you. Michael will help identify the boundary, the next decision and whether Tier 1 is the right fit.

No formal preparation. Do not send passwords, privileged material or detailed incident evidence through the booking page.

Section 02

What happens next

You will speak with the person who does the work. The first conversation establishes the trigger, any deadline, what is already in place and whether Tier 1 is the right fit.

1. Explain the trigger

Describe the concern, deadline or decision in general terms. No sensitive documents are needed.

2. Define the boundary

Identify the information, systems, people, providers and obligations that may be involved.

3. Decide the next step

If Tier 1 fits, the work is scoped in writing. If another specialist is more appropriate, Michael will say so.

03Tier 1

Section 03

Keep sensitive information out of the first message

Do not send passwords, access tokens, full incident evidence or privileged client material through ordinary email or the booking page. Send enough to request a call and Tier 1 will arrange an appropriate channel if needed.

Common questions

Is the first call a sales presentation?

No. It is a short conversation about the firm, the immediate concern and whether Tier 1 is a useful fit. If another type of specialist is more appropriate, that will be made clear.

Do we need to prepare anything?

No formal preparation is required. It helps to know what prompted the call, which information or payment process matters most and whether a client, insurer, auditor or regulator has set a deadline.

Is the booking page an emergency incident channel?

No. Do not place sensitive incident details in the booking form. If you are an existing client, use the agreed contact and response arrangements. New enquiries can request an urgent call without attaching evidence or credentials.

A quiet first step

You do not need to prepare a brief

A sentence about what prompted the call and any relevant deadline is enough. Keep sensitive material out of the booking form.
